CinKo, an Asian Latino Glatt Kosher meat restaurant celebrates the rich diversity of Latin American Countries paired with bold Asian flavors.
The restaurant is open for dinner each evening Sunday through Thursday.

Shabbat Meals
The Hyatt offers a full sit-down Friday night Shabbat dinner in Cinko restaurant and a to-go lunch box for Shabbat day.

Shabbat meal reservations must be in by Thursday 12:00pm.
A space to light Shabbat candles will be made available at CinKo restaurant.
Friday evening is a full sit-down Shabbat dinner and Shabbat lunch is to go.
All Kosher options will be closed for Shavuos 2023.
